La AW-HE2 es una cámara HD compacta  y muy flexible, apta para multitud de aplicaciones, como por ejemplo videoconferencia,  observaciones de animales, diagnósticos médicos a distancia o educación. La AW-HE2 combina un nuevo concepto de cámaras remotas: “Asequible + IP + Full HD”.

La cámara AW-HE2 está equipada con la última teconología de procesado de imagen de  Panasonic, como el sistema de capatación MOS Full HD, el zoom inteligente iA con super-resolución, y el formato de vídeo 1080/50p.  Incluye funciones profesionales como luz de  tally, memorias de posicionamiento ( presets),  un micrófono estéreo, y una función de “Auto PiP” ( imagen dentro de imagen).

La cámara dispone de conectividad IP, y además del control remoto, permite visualizar la imagen vía IP en un navegador estándar. La cámara ofrece una salida HDMI, y puede ser alimentada a través de USB.
